IPE Championships 08 - New Date & Venue

Indoor Percussion Europe (IPE) is changing the date and location of the 2008 IPE Championships. The organisation has decided that the new date will be Sunday March 30th in �De Schelp� in Wevelgem, Belgium.

�Sunday, March 30 is in every way much better�, Erwin van Gemert of IPE said. �Our main reason to change the date is because of the new arrival times of our American guests. With this new date we can really build a indoor percussion event which will be much better and bigger. Fans can already start thinking ahead to this super weekend because they don�t have two big events on a day anymore and IPE offers them a chance to experience the world�s best indoor percussion units in Belgium!�.

�Because of the changing of the date we also had to change to location. De Schelp in Wevelgem is a fantastic indoor facility which is perfect for showcasing the exhilarating performances of the world�s most elite and exclusive indoor percussion ensembles in Europe�.
